What Noted does

  • Notes on LinkedIn profiles: open a profile and your notes are one click away.
  • Gmail (opt-in): a badge next to people you have notes on, and your notes beside the message.
  • Google Calendar (opt-in): badges on the guests you know, your notes beside the event, and a nudge to write things down after a meeting.
  • The web app at app.withnoted.com: everyone in one place, with search, groups and people who aren't on LinkedIn.
  • Search inside your notes, not just names.
  • Every note shows when you wrote it, so you know what might be out of date.
  • Job changes: when you open the profile of someone you've saved, Noted shows if their job changed.
  • Sync between the extension and the web app.
  • Export everything as CSV or JSON, and delete your account anytime.

What Noted doesn't do

  • No AI writing. Noted never writes notes or messages for you.
  • No keep-in-touch reminders or follow-up sequences today.
  • No ads today, and your data is never sold.
  • It doesn't read email bodies, event descriptions or attachments.
  • The extension runs in Chrome on your computer only, with no other browsers yet. There's no mobile app, but the web app works in your phone's browser.
  • Not in Sales Navigator, Outlook, Zoom or Google Meet today.

Questions

What is Noted?

Noted is a free Chrome extension and web app for keeping private notes on the people you meet. Your notes show up on their LinkedIn profile, in Gmail and in Google Calendar, so the details are there when you meet again.

Can anyone else see my notes?

No. Only you can see your notes. They're never shared or sold.
