For founders and investors

Every intro, remembered.

Investors, partners, candidates, customers: you meet more people in a month than most do in a year. Noted keeps what each of them told you and shows it on their profile, in their email and on the invite.

Your notes stay private.

Where the details slip away.

Good networking for founders comes down to follow-up. After each meeting, write 2 lines: who introduced you, what they asked, what you promised. Read them before the next email or pitch. Noted keeps those notes on LinkedIn, in Gmail and on the invite.

After demo day

Remember who you met

20 conversations blur by Friday. Two sentences after each one keep them straight.

When you start raising

Know who to call

Search your notes for “fintech” or “seed” and find the people you met last year, with what they told you.

Reply like you remember

A badge in Gmail shows you've met, and your notes say where, when and why.

Where you already work

Ready before every pitch.

No separate app to remember to open. Noted shows up on LinkedIn, in Gmail and on the calendar invite, where the meeting actually happens.

On LinkedIn

Open an investor's profile and your notes are one click away: who introduced you, what they asked. Add a detail right after you connect.

Open the invite and get caught up on everyone on it. After the meeting, Noted asks what you want to remember.

Before you meet

“Insights from dormant ties tend to be more novel, and more efficient to get, than those from current ties.”

Before you raise or hire, start with who you already know. In one study, executives who reconnected after 3 or more years got fresher advice, faster, than from current contacts. Noted keeps what you knew, so getting back in touch feels natural.

What to write down after a meeting

A few seconds, in your own words. Enough that the next email starts warm.

  • Who introduced you
  • What they're working on
  • What they asked for
  • What you promised to send
  • How they like to be reached
  • Something personal: a trip, kids, a race

Questions from founders and investors

I've tried a personal CRM and stopped using it. Why is this different?

Most personal CRMs live in a separate app you have to remember to open. Noted shows up on their LinkedIn profile, in the email and on the meeting invite, right when you need it. Real moments, not reminders on a timer. Writing a note takes a few seconds, in your own words.

Does Noted read my email?

Not your messages. If you switch Gmail on, Noted only uses names and email addresses on the open email to find your people. Nothing from your emails or events is saved or sent.

Does Noted use AI?

Not today. Noted never writes notes or messages for you. Our strong belief is that, to build more human relationships, you need to be human. Your notes are in your own words, and so is everything you send.

Is Noted free?

Yes. Noted is free. The Chrome extension and the web app at app.withnoted.com are completely free to use.

Does Noted remind me to stay in touch?

Not today. Noted shows your notes when you meet someone again: on their profile, in their email or in the meeting invite. Each note shows its age, so you know what's worth re-checking.

Meet more people. Forget fewer.

Your people, in your words. Free for Chrome, on LinkedIn, Gmail and Google Calendar.
